Kite Camp Cancellation Policy
Kite camps are exclusively for registered athletes/members.
Kitesurf Wanderer A.S.D. is committed to offering maximum flexibility to its registered athletes/members. However, to ensure proper organization and cost coverage, the following cancellation conditions apply:
1. Cancellation by the athlete/registered member
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@kitesurfwanderer.com.
From the participation fee, the amount covering accommodation, additional medical insurance, and any vehicle rental for transportation to the spots will be retained.
Cancellations and refund requests are only accepted in cases of force majeure, considered unforeseeable events of extreme severity that objectively make participation in the trip impossible.
The only exceptional causes accepted are:
- Family bereavement, meaning the death of a first-degree relative (parents, children, spouse/partner, siblings) occurring within 7 days prior to the departure date.
- Serious and documented health reasons.
In such cases, the athlete/registered member may request cancellation of their kite camp participation by sending a written communication within 48 hours of the event, accompanied by official supporting documentation (e.g., death certificate or equivalent declaration).
2. Cancellation by Kitesurf Wanderer A.S.D.
In case of force majeure or failure to reach the minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the kite camp by the final date indicated for each camp. In such case, the entire participation fee paid will be refunded.
3. Booking modifications
Modifications to the booking (participant name, dates, etc.) are not possible.
